Treadmill works well too.
Only downside was that they were unable to ship to my home address so I had to get my parents car to be able to fit it in so I could transport it to my house.
I bought this treadmill a couple of weeks ago and so far so good!! Quite a solid unit much more than I expected. Only took a few days for delivery. no more excuses for exercise .only early , but at this stage very HAPPY..Thankyou..

The people at the company are friendly and helpful and go out of there way to make sure your happy. The treadmill is the perfect size to go anywhere in your house even under the bed the speed is upto 8 km fast enough to achieve a awesome workout and reach goals with different programs you can try.
