Mine is brand new and under warranty and is already playing up with the inclined and decline not working properly and not corresponding to the digital display. Spoken to Supplier they requested alot of videos and explanations via whatsapp, told me they will send a technician out instead of supplying a new machine ,I have now been waiting for over a month for a a tech to come and fix ,was told 14 days max wait time.Had to contact them again and now been told technician was busy and now going to send another ???
Apart from that this Tredmil would be a great if it worked properly and the customer services was more effective.
I bought the STP treadmill for my wife and I because we were sick of making excuses as to why we couldn't go for our daily walk - too hot, too cold etc., etc.! One of the best decisions we have made, as we can now enjoy walking no matter what the weather is and in the safety of our own home. The STP model has all the features and programmes to suit our senior age . Delivery was fast and the treadmill was easy to assemble.

Thanks Endurance for excellent after sales service too. When I had a small problem with my treadmill at another time. They gave excellent advice on how to properly diagnose and fix the problem.
