I had the wrong size of treadmill mat delivered. But the company offered me to keep the larger size but better quality treadmill mat. That was the only issue. The customer service reacted fast though. The treadmill itself is good. Its not too hard to assemble.

I purchased this treadmill for my mother who is in her sixties and has a long term shoulder injury. We tested so many treadmills in retail stores and she found them all too heavy to put up and down, and the dashboards too difficult to navigate. After a bit of searching, we came across Endurance and the reviews sounded promising…but without having the opportunity to see the treadmill in person, we were admittedly skeptical. An email to the Endurance team answered all our questions quickly and within just a few days, the treadmill had arrived! Very easy to setup, easy to use and the hydraulic lowering means virtually no effort is needed to lower it. Could not be happier with the purchase.

Recently purchased a Endurance Spirit tread mill. Quick delivery, easy to assemble and felt better to walk and run on than my 2 more expensive previous tread mills which lasted about 4 years because motor burnt out. I am happy that there is a lifetime guarantee on the motor. Overall feels great being on it and very quiet compared to others and Australian made Thankyou Endurance
