The treadmill works well and is affordable. We only have a small area to use for gym equipment and it wasn't easy to find a compact unit that offered a platform with enough width and length for running. The ghost treadmill is adequate in size and folds upright to have a small footprint. It is sufficient for general fitness, warm-ups and so on and works very well for us. It is quiet, the belt runs straight and can be easily adjusted. My wife finds it quite addictive and for her, the health benefits are extremely valuable. We've only been using it for a month but it seems up to the task. As a minor improvement, I would like to see a volume control as the startup "beeps" are fairly loud. Other than that, it is a quiet machine.
