Since you can't always inspect and try-out items you buy online, we provide an unconditional return policy on all items purchased from our website sight unseen.

After receiving the goods, if for any reason whatsoever you are not satisfied, please return them in their original, unmarked condition and packaging within 7 days for a refund of goods only (delivery charge not refunded). There is also a 20% restocking fee payable and you will need to pay the return postage. ( treadmill hire fees are non refundable )

Once we receive the returned products in original, unmarked condition and packaging, we will issue your refund, or ship your replacement items, within 24 hours.

• You are responsible for arranging, and the cost of, freight and insurance
• We apologise if the above address if not the same local warehouse from which we dispatched, however all returns must come back to our internal warehouse in Sydney 2040 NSW.
