To be eligible for a return under our 100 Day Money Back Guarantee:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging

The product must be returned in as-new condition, in full working order

There must be no damage, excessive wear, scratches or dents

The product must be fully disassembled and securely repackaged in its original packaging

All parts, accessories and manuals must be included

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
Please note there is a 10% restock and cleaning fee.
Once your item is received at our warehouse and inspected, approved refunds are processed promptly to your original payment method.

- your order number
- a brief description of why you wish to return the item
- photos confirming the item meets the return criteria
