I ordered the bike on Saturday night and it turned up on Tuesday afternoon, that was amazing as I live on the Far North coast.
I am recovering from my second knee replacement and as I'm 85 my physio has recommended that I use the bike for a short time multiple times a day and I believe it is helping me enormously. I'm so glad to have decided to purchase a recumbent bike ( I didn't know they existed to be honest), I expect to be using it to maintain my health for a long time.
The price was also big surprise as I have seen exercise bikes at shops for a lot more.

Thanks for your quick delivery of our treadmill. Not realizing just how handy it would be. Purchased before the shut down, but just in time to continue our regular exercise and help to keep fit during these challenging times and of course afterwards.

Small enough that I can use it in my little lounge area in our little apartment still capable of making you sweat! Perfect for times when you can’t go to the gym, or the weather sucks or you just want to walk and binge watch your favourite shows at home. I recommend this for all age and fitness levels.
