This exercise bike is excellent for gentle exercise. It has a comfortable seat with good back support. It is a recumbent bike so is easier to mount than conventional exercise bikes. The seat height adjustment covers a wide range of heights and is easy to set with one lever.
There is a large range of programs plus provision for user programs.
The only minor issue I have with the bike is the seat mount system has a small amount of sideways slop which can be a bit annoying especially when using the heart rate monitor. I was able to fix this packing a small gap with a thin strip of stiff cardboard.
At first we had an issue with the machine making unexpected noises, but a technician was sent to our home, and he spent ages here sorting it all out!
Overall I am quite happy with the treadmill. It has the speeds and automatic incline to match what I am looking for in a treadmill. The treadmill is folds flat, so there should be no issues getting through doorway
There is no where to place a water bottle on the treadmill and as there is no option to pause the treadmill, the distance and time reset if you stop the treadmill to have a drink.
Beware of the speed and incline short cut keys. I was walking at a slow to medium pace when I just passed my hand over the 9km short cut key, the speed seem to increase to 9kms in a few seconds, thankfully I had the safety clip on and pulled it straight away. It took me a while to work out what was happening as the instructions do not really explain the control panel. I have taped a metal lid over the short cut keys to prevent that incident reoccurring. There are similar keys for incline but the result is less dramatic.
So good of an evening, rain, hail or shine, to watch the tv or listen to music whilst getting some exercise at the same time. No more couch potato for me!
I am very happy with my Endurance Ghost. I have been looking at an Endurance treadmill for a while. Having read all the reviews & available information the latest lockdown forced me to act. I have not been disappointed. The Ghost is exactly what I wanted and expected. Easy to assemble. Sturdy, but light enough to move around my apartment. Perfect!
