AUSTRALIA'S NO1 REVIEWED ENDURANCE SPT TREADMILL

It's important to research and compare different brands and prices before making a decision at checkout. Consider models with auto incline to help achieve your daily fitness goals.

Are you ready to take the first step towards achieving your fitness goals? Let's dive into everything you need to know about buying a treadmill for sale Perth!

Benefits of using a treadmill for fitness goals

Achieve Daily Fitness Goals with Convenience and Accessibility

One of the biggest benefits of using a treadmill for fitness goals is the convenience and accessibility it provides for cardiovascular workouts. With a treadmill at home, individuals can perform intensive cardio exercises whenever they want, without worrying about gym hours or weather conditions. This makes it easier to maintain an active lifestyle and stick to daily fitness goals. Additionally, some treadmills come with an auto incline feature, which adds an extra challenge to the workout and helps to improve overall fitness levels.

Treadmills offer a variety of workout options that can be tailored to individual needs and preferences. From walking to running, incline training to interval workouts, the possibilities are endless. This flexibility allows individuals to customize their workouts based on their fitness level and specific goals. Whether you're looking for intensive cardio exercises or step programs, treadmills can help you achieve an active lifestyle.

Improve Cardiovascular Health with Regular Treadmill Workouts

Another major benefit of using a treadmill is improved cardiovascular health. Regular cardio exercise has been shown to reduce the risk of heart disease, stroke, and other chronic illnesses. Treadmill workouts provide an effective way to incorporate cardio into one's routine.

Treadmills are versatile machines that can cater to different fitness goals. With the option of auto incline and various programs, users can customize their workouts to suit their needs. Adjusting the speed on a treadmill can also provide a challenging workout that helps maintain cardiovascular health and burn calories quickly. Whether you prefer moderate or intensive cardio exercises, treadmills offer a convenient way to achieve your fitness goals.

Increase Stamina and Tone Muscles with Consistent Use

Consistent use of a treadmill can lead to increased stamina and toned muscles, contributing to an overall healthy lifestyle. By challenging oneself with different speeds and inclines during each exercise session, individuals can gradually increase their endurance over time, achieving their cardiovascular workouts and fitness goals while improving their strength.

Furthermore, treadmills offer a variety of exercises and workout options to help you achieve your fitness goals. In addition to providing cardiovascular benefits, treadmills also offer resistance training through incline settings that target specific muscle groups such as glutes or calves, resulting in a toned body.

Save Time and Money on Gym Memberships

By investing in a treadmill, individuals can save time and money on gym memberships while still achieving their fitness goals through regular workout. Not only does owning a treadmill eliminate the need for commuting to a gym, but it also allows individuals to perform various exercises at their own pace without worrying about crowded equipment or class schedules, making it an ideal addition to any fitness-focused lifestyle.

Over time, these savings can add up significantly. The cost of purchasing a treadmill may seem high initially but compared to years of gym membership fees, it's an investment that pays off.

Tips for Choosing the Right Treadmill Based on Individual Needs and Budget

Consider Your Lifestyle and Average Usage When Choosing a Treadmill

It's important to consider your lifestyle and average usage. If you're someone who is always on the go, then you need a treadmill that can keep up with your busy schedule. Look for treadmills that have features such as high-speed motors, adjustable inclines, and pre-programmed workouts.

On the other hand, if you only plan to use your treadmill occasionally or for light exercise, then a basic model might be sufficient. You don't need to spend a lot of money on fancy features if you're not going to use them regularly. However, keep in mind that investing in a higher-quality machine may save you money in the long run by reducing maintenance costs.

Look for Treadmills with Features That Prioritize Comfort

Comfort should be one of your top priorities when choosing a treadmill for your workout and fitness goals. After all, if you're not comfortable while exercising, then you're less likely to stick with it. Look for treadmills with cushioned decks that reduce impact on your joints and make running more comfortable. Additionally, consider treadmills that offer adjustable speed and incline settings to help you achieve your desired workout intensity.

Another key feature to look for is an adjustable incline. This allows you to simulate running uphill or downhill and can help increase the intensity of your workout without having to run faster. Some treadmills also come with built-in fans or speakers so you can stay cool and entertained during your workout.

Determine Your Budget and Compare Prices Online

Before purchasing a treadmill, determine how much you are willing to spend. Treadmill prices can vary widely depending on their features and quality, so it's important to set a budget before starting your search.

Once you've determined your budget, compare prices online from different retailers at checkout. Many stores offer online-only discounts or promo codes that can help bring down the cost of your purchase during a sale. For example, in June, you can use the code "SAVE20" to get a discount on your treadmill purchase and achieve your fitness goals with a great workout.

Endurance SPT 1 year ownership review

This review is for the Endurance SPT after 1 year of ownership.

I'll start by saying the online support prior to delivery was excellent. Our treadmill was purchased just prior to Christmas 2023 whilst on sale through Endurance's official Amazon shop. We were departing for holidays within a few days and were in the predicament of possibly having the treadmill delivered whilst being away. We reached out and their support was very good and responsive, and were able to organise from memory a next day delivery (we live in Sydney).

The treadmill is a medium size and weight, giving it a solid enough feel in build quality and stability, however remaining light enough to be easily moved around by myself or wife if needed. As other reviews may have mentioned, set up may be quite difficult if done alone, however instructions and steps are itself easy.

Here are my likes, dislikes, and observations from the last year of ownership.

Likes:
User interface - simple as a treadmill should be with large buttons as well as controls on the handles
Running belt - made of a hard-wearing plastic material which provides plenty of grip however also won't cause friction burns on intermittent skin contact (safer with children)
Form factor - Being able to fold up the treadmill and move it around the house is great
Speed and incline options - More than enough settings for 99% of the population
Finish - The materials used and the coatings on the frame are good quality and show almost no wear from a year of use

Dislikes:
Heartrate sensors - Located on the handles, these sensors are probably only for those continuously walking. They take too long to establish a reading (e.g. walking after conducting a run)
Lack of waterproofing - This may sound silly, however I myself generate a lot of sweat during a run, and there are a couple vulnerable points on the treadmill where water/sweat may ingress. These include the speed/incline adjustment buttons on the handles, the usb port, and the speakers. This vulnerability is serious enough that even after a wipe down after every use, I have had an instance where the treadmill was unable to turn on for multiple days in a row due to this. To combat this I now have to drape a towel over the whole upper section of the treadmill when in use by myself.

Other observations:
Size of the track - I am 175cm tall and find the track a perfectly adequate size for running. I would still say the track size does initially take getting used to and you will find yourself consciously aware of the sides and end of the track, however this is no longer a factor.
Somewhat limited quick-select speeds - I think more space on the interface should be dedicated to adjusting the speed and less controlling the incline. Quick-select buttons on the screen interface only go up in speeds of 2km/h up to 10km/h which can mean constantly holding down the increase button for a short while if you want to run at speeds greater than 10km/h (only increases in increments of 0.1km/h per press).
Pricing - I think at the time whilst on sale, this treadmill was a very good purchase and great value, however whilst writing this review there are currently some other comparable treadmills which I would say are very competitively priced.
