We didn’t receive our product

Living in W.A. I couldn’t be further away from the store but a review of what was available in Aus. showed them to be the only place to get what I wanted so I placed an order. When it hadn’t arrived after a few days (mind you it was Christmas and Aus Post was slow) I thought I would check with them. I was immediately struck by their concern and quick action. They could tell before I had said a few sentences exactly where the item was and reassured me and sure enough I had it the next day. What most impressed me was their personal touch and imperative of good service.

I recommend using this treadmill cover for indoor use only. I bought it for my outdoor and undercover treadmill but it unfortunately disintegrated and fell apart within five months.
