A group of researchers at Iowa State University worked with hundreds of college students. Walking changed their mood for the better, even though no one warned them it could do so.

If you still don’t feel motivated enough to start walking for your health, try joining a class or find a buddy who also wouldn’t mind getting all the benefits of walking. Another idea could be to hire a personal trainer.

A smooth ride!

Her words, not mine. For most of my wife's maternity leave year, it's been almost impossible to get to the gym or out for a walk during the day but then the Striker treadmill arrived. The running shoes were dusted off and its become part of the daily routine to jump on for 30mins during the baby nap time! Compact so fits easily into a small space in our garage but surprisingly sturdy with good cushioning to relieve the impact of running/walking on dodgy knee's. My sister in law has also now bought one and so far so good! Delivery was also super quick.
